撞击流反应器内压力波动信号的间歇性分析
Intermittence Analysis of Pressure Fluctuation Signal in SCISR
【摘要】 结合小波变换模极大值的方法对撞击流反应器撞击区压力波动时间序列进行多重分形分析,并确定相应的压力波动信号的间歇性指数,探讨撞击流反应器撞击区非线性、非均匀性和混沌特性机理。对计算机采集的压力波动信号通过Matlab以及Origin进行数据分析处理。通过分析不同转速以及不同位置的信号得出:撞击流反应器内部流体流动具有多重分形的特性,由于通过间歇性参数随转速变化出现的最低拐点可以判断反应器内部流型的转变,得出流型的转变区域,即由撞击流向平推流的转变;随转速的变化,流型的转变基本一致,在z=20 mm附近;同时随着转速的增大,z=-10 mm流型的转变要先于z=0 mm时流型的转变。
【Abstract】 The multi-fractal analysis for pressure fluctuation signal in the impinging region of submerge circulative impinging stream reactor(SCISR) was performed by using the maximum method of wavelet transform modulus.The intermittence index of the signals was calculated with this method.Non-linearity,non-uniform character and chaotic behavior of fluid system in SCISR were discussed.The pressure fluctuation signals were collected by computer and analyzed by self-made programs with Matlab and Origin.The different rocating speed and different position signal was analyzed.The result shows that pressure fluctuation in SCISR possesses a multi-fractal character.The lower turning point of intermittence index figure can be used to determine the transition of flow regimes from impinging stream area to laminar flow area.With rocating speed changing the flow pattern transformation basic is consistent,around z=20 mm is considered as the transition and the transition at z=0 mm is latter than that at z=-10 mm.
