MA-AA-AM三元共聚物的阻垢性能

【摘要】 以马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,在水相中聚合制备三元共聚物PMAA,从因素效应方面综合研究其阻垢性能。实验表明,PMAA对温度有较宽的适应范围,在中酸性和弱碱性条件下能较好地发挥阻垢性能,在高浓缩倍数下亦有良好的阻垢效果。在水样pH=7,温度为80℃,阻垢剂PMAA质量浓度为6mg/L时,恒温10 h,对碳酸钙阻垢率为97.38%,对磷酸钙阻垢率为85.69%;PMAA质量浓度为12 mg/L,对碳酸钙阻垢率可达100%,对磷酸钙阻垢率亦能达96.5%以上。

【Abstract】 The terpolymer denoted as PMAA was prepared by the water-phase polymerization of maleic anhydride(MA),acrylic acid(AA) and acrylamide(AM).Then the scale inhibition performances of PMAA were comprehensively studied by various factors.It shows that the PMAA shows excellent scale inhibition performances at a wide temperature range.It can exhibit good scale inhibition performances under the medium-acidic and alkalescence conditions, and it has good scale inhibition effect under the condition of high concentration.Under the conditions of solution with pH value of 7,at 80 ℃ and for 10 hours inhibition treatment,the scale inhibition percentage of PMAA can reach to 97.38% and 85.69% for the CaCO3 and Ca3(PO42 respectively,when 6 mg/L of PMAA is used.And the scale inhibition percentage of PMAA can reach to 100% and above 96.5% for the CaCO3 and Ca3(PO42 respectively,when 12 mg/L PMAA is used.
