【摘要】 光化第一ODCB回收塔是TDI光化精制系统的心脏,其操作条件的优劣直接影响着生产的稳定。笔者针对该塔存在的主要问题及先后进行的四次改造过程进行了较为详细地阐述,通过采用散堆填料、规整填料和抗堵塞液体分布器进行技术改造,解决了扩大生产规模以及提高产品质量等难题,取得了较好的经济效益。本改造措施对同类装置有借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Main ODCB Recovery Tower is the heart of TDI actinic refinement process units, and its operating conditions greatly influence the production stability. Four revamping process are explained in detail. The problems of increasing production capacity and improving product quality are solved by adopting random packing, structured packing and antiblocking liquid distributor. The revamping procedures are very useful for reference by other kindred equipment.更多还原
