【摘要】 目的探讨胃液潜血检查辅助判断食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血时使用三腔二囊管压迫止血的效果。方法收集32例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者,经三腔二囊管压迫止血,生理盐水反复定时冲洗胃管,抽出胃液,测定胃液潜血滴度,来辅助判断食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血是否达到止血间期,并以胃镜检查结果判断符合率。结果32例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者,经三腔二囊管压迫止血,经胃镜检查准确率达90%。结论胃液潜血检查辅助判断三腔二囊管压迫止血优于传统临床上观察生命体征、呕血、黑便等方法,辅以实验室检查更能进一步准确判断止血效果,具有安全、经济、方便、有效的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of hemostasis by using the sengstaken-blackmore tube. Methods Using the sengstaken-blackmore tube to stop the blooding among 32 patients with esophagus-stomach fundus varices hemorrhage, and then judge the effects by gastroscope. Results According to the judgement of gastroscope, the effective rate of hemostatsis by sengstaken-blackmore tube was 90%. Conclusion The method of using the sengstaken-blackmore tube to stop the blooding among patients with esophagus-stomach fundus varices hemorrhage is effective, safe and convenient, which better than the traditional method.更多还原
