【摘要】 目的探讨复方川芎嗪湿敷治疗化疗药物渗漏的应用效果。方法应用复方川芎嗪湿敷治疗120例化疗药物渗漏患者,并与应用传统的利多卡因加地塞米松局部封闭硫酸镁湿敷治疗的120例患者进行疗效对照,观察2组局部组织止痛及肿胀消退时间。结果治疗组与对照组一次治愈率、临床止痛及治愈时间比较,经统计学分析,差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论治疗组在治疗化疗药物渗漏的临床止痛及治愈时间等方面优于对照组,且无皮肤损害及化学性静脉炎发生,具有操作简便、显效快、疗效好、患者无痛苦及无任何毒副反应等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of wet paking the ligustrazine phosphate to cure the effusion when using chemotherapy medicine. Methods Divided 120 patients into 2 groups randomly. In the experimental group, ligustrazine phosphate was used to cure the effusion, while in the control group, the traditional method was used. Compared the effects of differences between the two groups. Results The effects about curing the effusion in the experimental group was significant better than those of in the control group. Conclusion It is an effective method about wet packing the ligustrazine phosphate to cure the effusion when using chemotherapy medicine.更多还原
