【摘要】 目的探讨手按摩推压方法对预防和减少洗胃液反流误吸的效果。方法选取300例口服中毒冼胃患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各150例,均采用洗胃机常规洗胃。试验组患者在洗胃过程中及结束时,对其腹部施以手按摩推压,以助胃残留液的排除。结果2组患者胃内反流液导致误吸的情况差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论洗胃操作辅以手按摩推压技术能有效预防洗胃导致的误吸。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of using the massage skills in the gastric lavage cares. Methods Divided 300 patients who had poisoned by mouth into the experimental group and the control group randomly, there were 150 patients in the each group. The gastric lavage machine was used both in the two groups, the massage skills was only used in the experimental group. Results The condition of gastric lavage in the experimental group was significant better than that of in the control group,P<0.01. Conclusion Using the massage skills in the course of gastric lavage can effective improve the effects of gastric lavage.更多还原
