【摘要】 目的观察包皮除去环在环切包皮中的应用效果。方法将220例行包皮环切术的患者,随机分为包皮除去环术组(实验组)和包皮环切术组(对照组)各110例,观察2组的手术时间、术后伤口疼痛度、伤口水肿程度以及伤口愈合时间。结果实验组手术时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组术后伤口疼痛及水肿肿胀程度均明显低于对照组,2组结果比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。而术后拆环与拆线时间经比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论用包皮除去环,手术时不用刀,切除范围标准,术后无需换药,无缝线反应,无拆线痛苦,且手术时间短,操作方便,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of using the reduction annulus praeputialis in the circumcision.Method Divided 220 patients with redundant prepuce into the experimental group(110 cases) and the control group(110 cases).The reduction annulus praeputialis was used in the experimental group,traditional operation was used in the control.Compare the curative effects between the two groups.Results The operation time in the experimental group was shorter than that of in the control group,P<0.01.The incidence rates of postoperative pain and the swell were significant higher in the control group than those of in the experimental group,P<0.05.Conclusion Using the reduction annulus praeputialis in the circumcision is safety and better than the traditional operation.更多还原
