【摘要】 目的探讨对维持性血液透析患者实施整体化护理后的效果。方法对105例维持性血液透析患者实施了整体化护理,观察患者血压异常变化的发生率、穿刺成功率、内瘘闭塞率、住院率、满意率及检测血白蛋白(ALB)、血清前白蛋白(PA)、血红蛋白(Hb)等指标,与血液透析未实施整体化护理的96例患者的各项指标相比较。结果整体化护理实施后比实施前血液透析患者ALB、PA、Hb等指标都明显上升(P<0.05)。血压异常发生率明显下降(P<0.05),穿刺成功率明显上升(P<0.05),内瘘闭塞率明显下降(P<0.05),住院率明显下降(P<0.01),满意率明显上升(P<0.01)。结论对维持性血液透析患者实施整体化护理有明显的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discuss the integrate attendance′s effect on maintenance hemodiafiltration patient. Methods Our hospital implemented integrate attendance on 105 cases of maintenance hemodiafiltration patients during January 2004 to December 2005, to observe the patient′s blood pressure abnormal change occurence rate, puncture success rate,internal leakage obstruction rate, hospitalization rate, satisfaction rate; examined the Blood albumin(ALB) , blood serum albumin (PA) ,hemoglobin(Hb) and so on.There were 96 hemodiafiltration patients without integrate attendance in our hospital during January 2002 to December 2003.Then make a comparison between them with related data. Results Blood albumin , blood serum albumin ,hemoglobin and so on figures have a obvious rise after the implementation of integrate attendance(P<0.05). Blood pressure abnormal change occurence rate has a obvious drop(P<0.05), puncture success rate has a obvious rise(P<0.05),internal leakage obstruction rate has a obvious drop(P<0.05), hospitalization rate has a obvious drop(P<0.01), satisfaction rate has a obvious rise(P<0.01).
