【摘要】 目的探讨对老年患者进行防跌倒的认知行为的干预方法。方法对干预组156例老年患者采取防跌倒认知行为干预,帮助老年人掌握跌倒的相关因素及预防措施,对结果进行总结,并与对照组155例的结果进行比较。结果99.72%的患者不同程度的掌握了跌倒的相关危险因素以及预防措施的知识,与2002年66.40%的掌握率比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);住院期间无跌倒发生。结论认知行为干预对有效地预防老年人跌倒、提高老年人生活质量有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the cognitive behavior and intervention therapy for elder patients to preventing tumble. Methods 156 elder patients were selected in intervention group,which have accepted the cognitive behavior and intervention therapy.155 elder patients were selected in control group,they have not accepted this therapy.Compared the results of these 2 groups. Results (99.72%) patients in interevention group have mastered the knowledges of preventing tumble,which was significant higher than the 66.40% in control group(P<0.01).There were no patients have fallen in the interevention group. Conclusion The cognitive behavior and intervention therapy can prevent the falling among elder patients effectively,and then raised the living condition of elder paitents.更多还原
