【摘要】 目的探讨减轻全麻下留置胃管患者不良反应的有效性及一次性插管的成功率。方法选择普通外科手术患者75例,随机分成3组(传统组、2%利多卡因组和全麻组),每组25例。按常规方法留置胃管,观察并记录插管前后患者心率变化、呛咳与恶心、呕吐等不良反应的发生情况以及一次性插管成功率。结果传统组和利多卡因组插管前后心率变化差异显著(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率在2组中分别为48%和16%,反复插管率分别占20%和8%。全麻组插管前后心率无明显变化(P>0.05),无呛咳等不良反应,一次性插管成功率100%。结论全麻下留置胃管可减轻插管带来的不良反应,提高一次性成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of alleviating the adverse reaction of patients with gastric tube and the first successful intubation rate. Methods Divided 75 patients who have undergone general surgery into 3 groups(the traditional group,the 2% lidocaine group and the general anesthesia group) randomly,there were 25 patients in each group.Indwelling gastric tubes with routine method,note down the changes of pulse,the condition of coughing and vomiting when indwelling gastric,and then analyze the rate of the first successful intubation. Results There were significant differences of the changes of pulse and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the traditional and the 2% lidocaine groups when indwelling gastric tube,the incidence rate of adverse reaction in these 2 groups were 48% and 16% respectively,and the repeated intubation rate were 20% and 8% respectively.There were no significant difference of the changes of pulse in the general anesthesia group and there were no adverse reaction,the first successful intubation rate was 100%. Conclusion General anesthesia can alleviate the adverse reaction which resourced from indwelling gastric tube,and then increase the first successful intubation rate.更多还原
