不同水质钙、镁含量的对比分析
Comparison Analysis the Content of Ca and Mg in Different Water
【摘要】 建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定水中钙、镁含量的方法。钙与镁的最大吸收波长分别为422.7 nm和285.2 nm,校正后的钙和镁的吸光度的值与钙和镁的含量之间呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.999 2和0.999 5,相对标准偏差分别为2.3%和2.1%。并分析了不同水质钙、镁的含量。
【Abstract】 A method for the determination of Ca and Mg content of water by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The maximum absorption wavelength of Ca and Mg are 422.7nm and 285.2nm.Between corrected absorbance and the content of Ca and Mg displayed well Linear relations.The related coeffcients was found to be 0.9992 for Ca and 0.9995 for Mg.The RSD was found to be 2.3% for Ca and 2.1% for Mg. And the content of Ca and Mg in different water was analyzed.
