改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂合成的研究
Study on Synthesis of Modified Urea-formaldehyde Resin Adhesive
【摘要】 研究了聚乙烯醇改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂的制备工艺和配方。实验得出:添加适量聚乙烯醇改性剂,甲醛和尿素的最佳物质的量的比为1.5∶1,尿素分3次投料,反应温度控制在100℃左右,反应时间60 min,可制得综合性能较好的低毒耐水脲醛树脂胶粘剂。产品质量稳定,固含量>55%,粘度=120~150 s,产品质量达到国家规定的指标。
【Abstract】 The paper studies the preparation of urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive modified by polyvinyl alcohol(PVA).The experiments turn out: adding appropriate PVA modifiers,the molar ratio of formaldehyde to urea 1.5∶1,adding urea in three portions,reaction temperature 100 ℃,reaction time 60 min.The low-toxic,water-resisting urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive with good comprehensive performances was obtained.The solid content of the product is more than 55 %,and the viscosity is from 120 s to 150 s,the quality follows the criterion regulated by the nation.
