【摘要】 采用沉积-沉淀法制备了甲醇自热重整制氢Au-N iO/T iO2催化剂,并用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、能量色散X射线能谱对Au-N iO/T iO2催化剂进行了表征。表征结果显示,N iO可以改善载体T iO2粒子的分散度,使Au颗粒的粒径减小,Au颗粒的粒径主要分布在2~3nm;Au的负载量(质量分数)为1.63%左右。同时考察了反应温度和n(O2)∶n(CH3OH)对Au-N iO/T iO2催化剂催化甲醇自热重整制氢反应活性的影响。实验结果表明,当汽化温度为90℃、反应温度为200℃、n(O2)∶n(CH3OH)为0.30时,Au-N iO/T iO2催化剂的活性最佳,甲醇转化率和CO2选择性较高,CO含量较低。

【Abstract】 Production of hydrogen via methanol autothermal reforming on Au-NiO/TiO2 catalyst,prepared by deposition-precipitation,was studied.The catalyst was characterized by means of XRD,TEM and energy dispersion X-ray spectrum(EDS).NiO in the catalyst could improve dispersion of TiO2 particles and decrease particle size of Au.Au particles were highly dispersed on support.Their mean particle size was 2-3nm.Loading amount(mass fraction)of Au was 1.63%.Effects of reaction temperatures and n(O2) ∶n(CH3OH)ratio on autothermal reforming of methanol were investigated.The catalyst exhibited high methanol conversion,high carbon dioxide selectivity and low content of carbon monoxide in outlet at boiloff temperature of 90℃ and reaction temperature 200℃.When(n(O2)) ∶n(CH3OH)in feedstock was 0.30,Au-NiO/TiO2 catalyst showed good activity.
