聚丙烯釜内合金技术的研究进展
Progress on Research of Polypropylene Alloy Technology Within Reactor
【摘要】 聚丙烯是综合性能优良的聚合物树脂。通过在反应釜内实现聚丙烯与乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物(如乙-丙无规共聚物)的合金化,可以进一步拓展聚丙烯的性能范围,是目前聚丙烯改性的重要手段。从催化体系出发,综述了聚丙烯釜内合金技术的研究进展,新一代M gC l2负载型Z ieg ler-Natta催化剂与以茂金属为代表的具有优良共聚性能的单活性中心催化剂的有效结合将代表着聚丙烯釜内合金技术的未来发展方向。
【Abstract】 Application of polypropylene can be further developed by preparation of copolymer alloys of propylene and ethylene-α-olefin(i.e.ethylene-propylene random copolymer).Reactor granule technology is an important method to prepare the alloys.Recent research progress for polypropylene alloy technology and main catalyst systems for the technology was reviewed.It was concluded that future development of polypropylene alloy technology might focus on skillful combination of novel MgCl2-supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst with single-site catalyst possessing superior copolymerization performances.The best representative of the latter is metallocene catalyst.
