纳米管钛酸催化丙酮液相缩聚反应

【摘要】 研究了纳米管钛酸(NTA)对丙酮液相缩聚反应的影响,并与TiO2催化丙酮液相缩聚反应进行了对比。用气相色谱-质谱对反应产物进行了定性分析,用气相色谱对反应产物进行了定量分析,并采用透射电镜、X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱对 NTA进行了表征。实验结果表明,NTA催化丙酮液相缩聚反应的主要产物在反应温度为(25±2)℃时,为双丙酮醇(DAA)和异亚丙基丙酮(MO);在反应温度为56℃时,主要产物只有MO。而TiO2在反应温度为(25±2)℃时催化丙酮液相缩聚反应的活性很低;反应温度为56℃时,TiO2催化丙酮液相缩聚反应的主要产物是DAA。NTA和TiO2催化丙酮液相缩聚反应性能的差异归因于NTA和TiO2表面结构的不同。

【Abstract】 Liquid-phase polycondensation of acetone catalyzed by nanotube titanic acid(NTA) and TiO2 were investigated and compared. Qualitative and quantitative analyses of reaction products were carried out by GC-MS and GC, respectively. NTA was characterized by TEM, XRD and FTER. At (25±2)℃, main products of liquid-phase polycondensation of acetone catalyzed by NTA were diacetone alcohol (DAA) and mesityl oxide (MO). At 56℃, main product of the reaction over NTA was MO. Catalytic activity of TiO2 for polycondensation of acetone was very low at(25±2)℃.At 56℃, main product of liquid-phase polycondensation of acetone catalyzed by TiO2 was DAA. The difference between performances of NTA and TiO2 in liquid-phase polycondensation of acetone was due to their difference in surface status and their crystalline structures. NTA was of orthorhombic and TiO2 anatase.
