二甲醚气相氧化反应机理及动力学研究进展
Progress on Kinetic and Mechanistic Study of Gas Phase Oxidation of Dimethyl Ether
【摘要】 综述了近年来二甲醚(CH3OCH3)在不同条件下气相氧化反应机理和动力学的研究情况。在高温(800~1 300K)条件下,CH3OCH3氧化反应时主要产物有CO,CO2,HCHO,CH4,C2H6,H2O等。在低温(室温~800K)条件下,CH3OCH3氧化反应分为两种情况:低压(低于100kPa)氧化反应,主要产物为HCHO;高压(100kPa以上)氧化反应,主要产物为HCOOH,同时生成CH3OCHO。在低温(不高于800K)条件下,CH3OCH3氧化反应的反应速率常数的测定值为(1~50)×10-12cm3/(m ol.s)。
【Abstract】 Recent researches on reaction mechanism and kinetics of gas phase oxidation of dimethyl ether under different conditions were reviewed.Oxidation of dimethyl ether mainly produced CO,CO2,CH4,HCHO,C2H6 and H2O at higher temperatures(800—1 300K).At lower temperatures(not higher than 800K),gas phase oxidation of dimethyl ether proceeded in two different routes.Under lower pressures(below 100kPa)oxidation product was HCHO.Under higher pressures(above 100kPa)main products were HCOOH and CH3OCHO.Study on kinetics of dimethyl ether oxidation mainly focused on reaction at lower temperatures.Kinetics constant measured was(1—50)×10-12cm3/(mol·s).
