碳酸二甲酯和苯酚酯交换合成碳酸二苯酯的研究进展

【摘要】 综述了碳酸二甲酯和苯酚酯交换合成碳酸二苯酯的反应原理及热力学,并对近年来该反应的催化剂体系进行了较为系统的概述,包括均相催化剂体系(碱或碱金属化合物、Lew is酸、锡和钛的有机化合物、三氟甲基磺酸钐等)和多相催化剂体系(各种金属氧化物、水滑石等);在此基础上,对以锡、钛以及氧化物作催化剂时的反应机理研究进行了评述;认为开发有机锡、有机钛配合物催化剂以及将其固载化是碳酸二甲酯与苯酚酯交换反应合成碳酸二苯酯催化剂研究的重要方向。

【Abstract】 Mechanism and thermodynamic properties of transesterification between dimethyl carbonate and phenol to diphenyl carbonate(DPC)were reviewed.DPC was key material for preparation of polycarbonate by non-phosgene method.Various categories of catalysts developed recently were surveyed,including homogeneous catalysts(alkali or alkali metal compounds,Lewis acids,organo-tin compounds,organo-titanium compounds,samarium trifluoromethanesulfonate etc.)and heterogeneous catalysts(some metallic oxides,hydrotalcite catalysts etc.).Recent development concerning transesterification mechanism on organotin,titanate and oxide catalysts was also reviewed.The development and immobilization of tin and titanium compounds were thought as important research trends for transesterification of dimethyl carbonate and phenol to diphenyl carbonate.
