Cu-Bi纳米粉体催化剂的表征及其可见光光催化降解甲基橙的研究
Photodegradation of Methyl Orange Under Visible Light over Cu-Bi Nano-Particle Catalyst
【摘要】 以Cu(NO3)2.3H2O,B i(NO3)3.5H2O,CO(NH2)2为原料、聚乙二醇为分散剂,采用均匀共沉淀法制备了Cu-B i纳米粉体催化剂,用X射线粉末衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱、透射电镜、能量色散法、示差扫描-热重分析和紫外-可见漫反射光谱法对Cu-B i纳米粉体催化剂的组成、粒径大小、表面形貌和光学吸收性能进行了表征,并以甲基橙为目标降解物,考察了所制备的Cu-B i纳米粉体催化剂在可见光下的光催化性能。实验结果表明,Cu-B i为类球形纳米粉体,粒度均匀,粒径约为50nm;在可见光下Cu-B i纳米粉体催化剂对甲基橙具有良好的光催化降解性能,辐照时间4h,甲基橙的脱色率可达80%以上。
【Abstract】 Cu-Bi nano-particles were prepared by an improved homogeneous coprecipitation with Cu(NO3)2·3H2O,Bi(NO3)3·5H2O and CO(NH2)2 being used as raw materials and polyethylene glycol(PEG)as dispersant.Structure and physicochemical properties of Cu-Bi nano-particles were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infra-red(FTIR)spectrometry,transmission electron microscopy(TEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),differential scanning calorimetry-thermogravimetry(DSC-TG)and ultraviolet-visible-diffuse reflection spectroscopy(UV-Vis-DRS).Photocatalytic activity of Cu-Bi nano-particle catalyst for degradation of methylene orange under visible light was investigated.Size of Cu-Bi nano-particles was within 50nm.Cu-Bi nano-particle catalyst exhibited good photocatalytic degradation activity and decolourizing rate of methyl orange over the photocatalyst.More than 80% of methyl orange was degraded after 4h irradiation.
