热障涂层热破裂失效过程的数值分析研究

【摘要】 从热障涂层的非均匀性特点出发,运用基于细观力学原理的材料真实破坏过程分析RFPA数值模拟方法,对热障涂层的热破裂失效过程以及表面预置裂纹对形成界面裂纹的影响进行了数值模拟分析,从表面预置裂纹的长度和密度两个方面研究了陶瓷涂层与基体间界面裂纹的形成机理和分层剥离模式.模拟结果真实再现了热障涂层的热失效过程.

【Abstract】 On the basis of the heterogeneous characteristics of thermal barrier coatings,the numerical(analysis) on the thermal fracture process of thermal barrier coatings and the influence of pre-existing sulfurce crack on interface cracking was performed by means of the numerical simulation method for RFPA((Realistic) Failure Process Analysis),based on mesoscopic mechanical theory.The mechanism of cracking(along) the interface between ceramic coating and substrate,and the lagered spallation mode were investigated from the length and density of the pre-existry surface eracks.The simulation results are coincident with the practical thermal fracture process of thermal barrier coatings.
