SR-新型铝合金铸造粘结剂的研究

【摘要】 SR-粘结剂是一种改性动物胶,该粘结剂以水为溶剂,本身无毒、无害、可生物降解,在混砂、造型、硬化、浇注和清砂过程中无有毒、有害和刺激性气味放出,对环境和现场操作者无危害,符合绿色铸造的要求.经实验证明,该粘结剂砂的抗拉强度高,发气量小,用SR-粘结剂砂生产的铸件表面光洁,无夹砂、气孔、缩松等铸造缺陷.型砂高温溃散性好,浇注后可通过水冲或振动进行落砂,清砂容易,特别适合于低熔点铝、镁及其合金铸件的生产,是一种理想的铝合金铸造粘结剂.

【Abstract】 The SR-binder for foundry is a kind of modified natural binding agent with no any harm to human and environment.It is also may be biodegraded in the nature environment.By means of tests,it is approved that this cohesive material has many excellent characteristics such as high tensile strength,less gas forming and easy collapsibility.With the binder,the cast has no defects like sand inclusion,porosity and shrinkage,and the surface of castings is very smooth.Since the fine disperse performance of the binder,the wasted sand is easy to be cleaned by water-jet and vibration.The SR-binder is a good binder suitable for aluminum and magnesium alloy castings with low melting point.
