利用MRIcro软件的脑表面结构三维重建技术
Three-dimensional Reconstruction of Brain Surface Anatomy with MRIcro Software
【摘要】 目的利用MR Icro软件重建脑表面结构,并评价重建效果。方法对33例正常人行头颅MR梯度回波扫描(3D flash)。通过MR Icro软件重建并显示脑表面解剖结构。3名医生对2种方法重组图像采用Tsuch iya方法进行评价和评分,并比较结果。结果中央沟、中央后沟、中央后回、中央前沟、中央前回、顶内沟、顶上小叶等结构显示最好,平均得分都在2.80以上;其余结构除颞下回外,平均得分均在2.50分以上。结论利用MR Icro软件三维重建,能够很好地显示脑表面的主要脑沟、脑回和脑裂,对脑解剖形态的研究和定位诊断有一定意义。
【Abstract】 Objective Try to reconstruct brain surface anatomy with MRIcro software,and to evaluate its displaying ability and technical advantages.Methods 33 healthy cases were prospectively examined with 3D flash sequence.Three-dimensional images were acquired with MRIcro on personal computer.Brain surface structures were evaluated and scored by three doctors.Results Main structures of brainsurface were clearly displayed on three-dimensional images.Central sulcus,precentral sulcus,postcentral gyrus,postcentral sulcus,precentral gyrus,intraparietal sulcus and superior parietal lobule were showed best,average score was above 2.80.Other structures except inferior frontal gyrus could be well showed,with average score above 2.50.Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction with MRIcro can clearly show the brain surface structures.It might be a useful technique for anatomic researches and localization of lesion.
