【摘要】 目的评价99Tcm-HL91在乳腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的价值。方法临床疑乳腺肿瘤35例,静脉注射99Tcm-HL91925MBq后分别于1、3、6 h行乳腺显像,观察影像特点并进行半定量分析。所有病例于显像后1周内手术并行病理检查。结果经病理证实,24例阳性病例中有23例为恶性肿瘤,假阳性1例,11例阴性病例均为良性肿瘤,灵敏度100%,特异性91.7%,符合率97.1%。病灶与对侧相应部位放射性计数对比,恶性肿瘤比值为1.37±0.21;良性肿瘤为0.99±0.05,有显著性差异。恶性肿瘤中1 h计数比为1.31±0.02,3 h为1.34±0.16,6 h为1.45±0.29,三者之间无显著性差异。结论乳腺肿瘤99Tcm-HL91显像在乳腺肿瘤良恶性鉴别诊断中具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of⁹⁹Tc^m-HL91 imaging in diagnosis of the breast malignant tumor.Methods 35 patients suspected with breast cancer underwent breast imaging at 1,3,6 hours after intravenous administration of 925MBq⁹⁹Tc^m-HL91.The images were analyzed with vision and semiquantitation .Results 23 of 24 cases with positive image were confirmed as malignant tumor,11 patients with negative image were benign tumor.The sensitivity and specificity of⁹⁹Tc^m-HL91 imaging in diagnosing breast malignancy was 100% and 91.7%,respectively,the corresponding rate was 97.1%.The focus uptake ratio of malignant and benign lesion in comparison with corresponding area of opposite side was 1.37±0.21 and 0.99±0.05,respectively,it was of significant different（P<0.01）.The focus uptake ratio of malignant tumor in 1,3,6 hours was 1.31±0.02,1.34±0.16 and 1.45±0.29 ,respectively,there were no significant different between them（P>0.05）.Conclusion ⁹⁹Tc^m-HL91 imaging is of clinical value in diagnosing breast malignant lesion.更多还原
