肝脏MSCT去卷积法灌注技术及正常阈值的初步研究
Experimental Study of Method and Normal Threshold of Hepatic Perfusion Using Multislice Spiral CT with Deconvolution Method
【摘要】 目的探讨MSCT去卷积法灌注成像技术测定肝脏灌注参数的方法,初步界定其正常阈值。方法21例正常肝脏行MSCT灌注扫描,运用GE CT Perfusion 3软件计算相关参数。结果正常肝脏的BF为(152.37±54.44)m l/m in/100 g,BV(17.81±6.59)m l/100 g,MTT(9.52±3.08)s,HAF 0.20±0.08,IRF To(4.38±2.35)s,HAP(32.49±21.36)m l/m in/100 g,PVP(119.89±37.61)m l/m in/100 g;其正常参考值范围分别为BF(131.93~172.81)m l/m in/100 g,BV(15.33~20.28)m l/100 g,MTT(8.37~10.68)s,HAF 0.17~0.23,IRF To 3.50~5.26 s,HAP 22.76~42.21 m l/m in/100 g,PVP 102.77~137.00 m l/m in/100 g。结论正确的检查方法是肝脏灌注成像的重要保证,制定肝脏CT灌注的正常阈值可为进一步研究肝脏病变提供参考。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore a reliable method to measure the parameters of hepatic perfusion imaging using multislice CT(MSCT) with deconvolution method,and to set the normal threshold.Methods The MSCT perfusion series was performed for normal liver(n=21) using Perfusion 3 software package(GE) with deconvolution method to calculate a series of parameters.Results The mean blood flow(BF),blood volume(BV),mean transit time(MTT),hepatic arterial fraction(HAF),time of arrival(IRF To),hepatic arterial perfusion(HAP),portal venous perfusion(PVP) in normal livers were(152.37±54.44)ml/min/100 g,(17.81±6.59) ml/100 g,(9.52±3.08)s,(0.20±0.08),(4.38±2.35) s,(32.49±21.36) ml/min/100 g,(119.89±37.61) ml/min/100 g;the normal threshold were(131.93~172.81) ml/min/100 g,(15.33~20.28) ml/100 g,(8.37~10.68) s,(0.17~0.23),(3.50~5.26) s,(22.76~42.21) ml/min/100 g,(102.77~137.00) ml/min/100 g respectively.Conclusion The right method is important assurance for hepatic perfusion imaging,and setting the normal threshold of hepatic perfusion is favourable to make a reference for a further study into liver disease.
