【摘要】 目的研究足跟距连合畸形的临床X线意义。方法观察773例踝部CRX线片,年龄10~81岁,男565例,女208例。按照性别、年龄、外伤和疼痛分组,研究跟距联合的发生率及有关X线征象。结果773例中足跟距联合畸形54例(7.00%),男女间无性别差异(P>0.25)。成人(>20岁)发生率8.60%(48/558),青年(10~19)岁为5.22%(6/115)。足疼痛组发生率9.79%(14/143),外伤组6.78%(40/630)。C征阳性占61.1%(33/54),后关节联合占38.9%(21/54),距骨颈短61.1%(33/54),距骨上钩22.2%(12/54)。结论在我国跟距联合畸形是较常见发育异常,应注意成年足踝疼痛病人该畸形的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinicoradiologic significance of talocalcaneal coalition.Methods Ankle CR findings of 773 cases were evaluated. There were 565 male and 208 female, age ranged from 10 years to 81 years. The incidence and radiotogic signs of talocalcaneal coalition were studied according to the sex, age, foot trauma and pain groups. Results 54 cases(7.00%)of talocalcaneal coalitionwere presented in 773 cases, there was no significant difference between the male and female groups. The incidence of adulthood(>20 years)was 8.60%(48/558) , which was more than that in the second decade of life ( 5.22% ). The incidence of painful group was 9.79%(14/143),which was more than that in foot trauma group 6.78%(40/630).The positive C sign was presented in 61.1%(33/54),posterior-type coalition in 38.9%(21/54),short talar neck sign in 61.1%(33/54)and talar beak sign in 22.2%(12/54). Conclusion The talocalcaneal coalition is a common development abnormality in our country. We must pay attention to the diagnosis of talocalcaneal coalition for painful foot adulthood.更多还原
