【摘要】 目的探讨伽玛刀治疗难治性癫痫的临床意义。方法应用PET确定致痫灶,对59例难治性癫痫病例进行伽玛刀治疗。结果其中41例经过12个月以上的随访,有效率达到82.9%,所有病例治疗后未发现任何功能损害。结论伽玛刀是治疗难治性癫痫的有效方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical significance of treatment intractable epilepsy with Gamma knife.Methods 59 cases ofintractable epilepsy were treated with Gamma knife and the epilepsy foci was located by PET.Results Of them,41 cases were followed-up beyond 12 months and efficient rate was 82.9%. No complications were found in 59 cases.Conclusion Gamma knife is one of effective method in treating the intractable epilepsy.更多还原
