【摘要】 目的评价白内障囊外摘除术中后囊大面积破裂采用粘弹剂处理后以前囊膜为依托、睫状沟植入后房型人工晶体的手术效果。方法对白内障囊外摘除术中16例后囊大面积破裂,采用粘弹处理后以前囊膜为依托、睫状沟植入后房型人工晶体,术后观察患者的视力、人工晶体的位置、和并发症的发生情况。术后随访3-50个月。结果术后矫正视力＞0．5者13例(81．3％)；人工晶体位置稳定。结论白内障囊外摘除术中后囊大面积破裂,采用粘弹剂处理后以前囊膜为依托、睫状沟植入后房型人工晶体是安全有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of the implantation of posterior chamber IOL into ciliary sulcus with the support of anterior capsule for the posterior capsulorhexis that has been disposed of with adhesive following extracapsular cataract extraction. Methods 16 cases of posterior capulorhexis that had been disposed of with adhesive were treated with the implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lens into ciliary sulcus with the support of anterior capsule.All patients were observed after operation for visual acuity, the position of IOL and complications.The followed-up period was 3～50 months.Results The postoperative visual acuity of 13 cases (81.3%) was 0.5 or better.The position of IOL is stable.Conclusions It’s safe and effective to implant posterior chamber IOL into ciliary sulcus with the support of anterior capsule when posterior capsulorhexis happen during extracapsular cataract extraction and has been disposed of with adhesive.更多还原
