【摘要】 目的观察羊膜移植治疗严重角膜疾病的疗效并总结护理体会。方法严重角膜疾病患者38例40眼行羊膜移植后观察植片愈合情况及视力变化结果术后羊膜植片贴覆愈合良好,并于术后2周左右逐渐溶解脱落,角膜透明度改善或溃疡愈合,视力明显改善。结论羊膜成本低、来源广,可成为一种治疗严重角膜疾病的新手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objeative To investigate the effects of amniotic membrane transplantation and to accmmulate nursing experimemt.Methods Fourty eyes of 38 patients undertaken amniotic membrane transplantation. Visual acuity, cornea and transplantation slice information were recorded. Results Amniotic membrane transplantation disappeared gradually around 2 weeks after surgery and visual acuity improved significantly. Conclusion With low costs and large quantity amniotic membrane transplantation showed a promising future in treating serious corneal disease. Careful nursing was the key to success.更多还原
