水包稠油乳状液中稠油极性组分与乳化剂的相互作用研究
Study on interaction of heavy crude oil polar component and emulsifier in heavy crude oil-in-water emulsion
【摘要】 采用吸附色谱法分离孤岛和辽河稠油,得到了胶质和沥青质组分。以甲苯、正十二烷为模拟油,添加稠油极性组分和乳化剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,分别考察了稠油极性组分和乳化剂添加前后体系界面张力的变化以及pH值对体系界面张力的影响。结果表明,稠油极性组分与乳化剂间存在相互作用,其相互作用程度取决于稠油极性组分自身的界面活性,界面活性越强,相互作用程度越强。加入乳化剂前稠油极性组分在碱性条件下界面张力较低,加入乳化剂后体系在强酸性条件下界面张力较低,在中性和弱酸弱碱条件下稠油极性组分与乳化剂之间表现出较强的协同作用。
【Abstract】 Resin and asphaltene components were extracted from Gudao and Liaohe heavy crude oil by adsorption chromatography method.The obtained polar components of heavy crude oil and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate as an emulsifier were added to simulated oil of toluene and n-dodecane mixtures.The effects of polar components and emulsifier additive on the interfacial tension were investigated as well as the effect of pH value.The results show the interaction between polar components and emulsifier.The interaction is different according to the interfacial activity of polar components,and the higher interfacial activity is,the greater interaction is.Before the addition of emulsifier,the interfacial tension is low in the basic condition.After the emulsifier added,the system shows low interfacial tension in the acidic condition.The cooperative effect is revealed between polar component and emulsifier in the neutrality,soft acidic and basic conditions.
