应用三坐标测量仪进行产品曲面重建的实验设计
Experimental design to rebuild curve surface data by three coordinate measure machine
【摘要】 利用三坐标测量仪进行产品曲面数据点采集,是逆向工程技术的重要基础。为掌握三坐标测量仪的操作,熟悉测量软件的使用,设计了曲面实体测量实验。该实验有完整、规范的操作步骤;简单、明确的参数选择和必要数据记录。对实验步骤和操作中的几何原理、数学模型和规划原则进行了分析和理解,这将有助于尽快掌握三坐标测量仪的产品数据采集技术。
【Abstract】 Utilizing three coordinate measure machine to carry on products curved surface data rebuilding is foundation of reverse engineering.This paper introduced an experimental design which was helpful to understand operation of three coordinate measuring machine and related test software.Geometric principle,mathematical model and planning principles were also discussed.
