核结构材料焊接中的无损检测技术
NDT technology in welding of the nuclear structural materials
【摘要】 在核工业领域,对一些焊接结构件,必须把焊接缺陷控制在工程设计要求的水平。无损检测技术能够较为方便地识别焊接缺陷。本文重点介绍了渗透检测技术、氦质谱真空检测技术、射线探测技术和残余应力测试等几种无损检测技术,并对无损检测技术在核结构材料焊接中的应用及展望提了几点看法。
【Abstract】 For the structures processed by weld method the welding defect must be controlled under the level of engineering design specification in the field of the nuclear industry.Nondestructive testing(NDT) technology can expediently identify welding defect.NDT technologies are introduced in the article.These include penetrative test,helium mass-spectrometer leak test,inspection by X-ray(X-ray examination) and residual stress measurement.Lastly,a few views about the application and prospect in welding of the nuclear structural materials are presented.
