【摘要】 目的观察国产唑来膦酸(博来宁)治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的临床疗效和不良反应。方法国产唑来膦酸4mg加入0.9%氯化钠溶液100ml中静脉滴注15分钟。每4周重复给药1次,3次后评价疗效。结果止痛有效率为79.2%,维持中位时间25天。活动能力改善有效率为66.7%。结论国产唑来膦酸可缓解恶性肿瘤骨转移所致疼痛,改善生活质量,且不良反应轻微,耐受性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy and toxicity of zoledronic acid in the treatment of the bone metastases in patients with malignancy. Methods:Twenty four patients with bone metastatic cancer were treated with zoledronic acid 4mg by intravenous infusion for 15 minutes.The treatment was repeated every 28 days, up to 3 times. Results:The response rate of bone pain relief was 79.2%. The median maintain time was 25 days. The response rate of activity improvement was 66.7%. Conclusion: Zoledronic acid can relieve bone pain and improve quality of life in patients with metastatic cancer of bone.The toxicity was mild and well tolerated.更多还原
