【摘要】 目的探讨输尿管息肉的诊断与治疗。方法对1998年5月~2004年5月收治的5例原发性输尿管息肉的诊断和治疗进行回顾性分析。结果本组5例均经手术和病理证实为输尿管上皮性乳头状息肉,4例采取输尿管加输尿管开口处膀胱袖状切除,1例行病变处输尿管单切除术加输尿管端端吻合术。4例获得随访,时间为1~13年,均健康生存。结论膀胱镜检查及逆行输尿管造影是诊断此病的重要方法。治疗以输尿管切除加输尿管开口处膀胱袖口状切除为主要方法,术后应坚持随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of ureteral polyp. Methods: The diagnosis and treatment of 5 cases of primary urteral polyp treated from May, 1998 to May, 2004 were retrorpectively reviewed. Results: All these cases were confirmed by operation and pathological detection, 4 cases underwent sleeve resection of bladder at the ureteral orifice or the ureter itself. Simple resection and uriteralend-to-end anastomosis were used in one case at the lesion points. Follow-up were made in 4 cases for 1~13 years. All cases survived well in these years. Conclusion: Endoscopy and retrograde ureterography can act as an important role in diagnosing the disease. Ureter resection and sleeve resection are the mains mean method.更多还原
