鼻咽癌多药耐药相关蛋白表达及与原发灶放疗敏感性的关系
Expression of multidrug resistane-associated protein and the relationship with radiosensitivity of the primary part of nasopharyngeal carcinoma
【摘要】 目的分析多药耐药相关蛋白(multidrugresistance-associatedprotein,MRP)在鼻咽癌中的表达以及T分期、病理分化程度与鼻咽癌原发灶放疗敏感性的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测鼻咽癌中MRP的表达,采用多元Logistic回归分析法,分析MRP的表达、T分期、病理分化程度与鼻咽癌原发灶的放疗敏感性关系。结果鼻咽癌中MRP的阳性表达率为68.63%(35/51)。T分期与原发灶放疗敏感性有关,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),MRP的表达、病理分化程度与原发灶放疗敏感性无关系,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻咽癌中MRP表达水平较高。T分期对鼻咽癌原发灶放疗敏感性的预测有一定的临床指导意义,病理分化程度和MRP的表达无临床指导意义。
【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the relationship between the expression of multidrug resistance-associated protein (MRP) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) , T stages, pathological differentiation and the radiosensitivity of the primary part of NPC. Methods: Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to examine the expression of MRP in NPC. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of MRP, T stage, pathological differentiation and the radiosensitivity of the primary part of NPC. Results: The rate of positive expression of MRP was 68.63%(35/51) in NPC. The radiosensitivity of T stage had significant differences (P<0.05), but the expression of MRP and the pathological differentiation had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: There is high rate of positive expression of MRP in NPC. T stage has some clinical significance for predicting the radiosensitivity of the primary part of NPC, but the expression of MRP and pathological differentiation have no clinical significance.
