【摘要】 目的探讨切除三脑室肿瘤的手术入路。方法显微镜下经胼胝体-穹窿间入路切除三脑室肿瘤18例。结果肿瘤全切除13例,近全切除3例,大部分切除2例,无手术死亡。结论经额胼胝体-穹窿间入路是切除三脑室肿瘤的最佳入路之一,该手术入路可以切除三脑室前,中,后部的肿瘤,术野暴露清楚,可在直视下操作,按生理间隙进入,肿瘤全切率高,术后并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a transcallosal-interfornix approach to remove the tumors of the third ventricle. Methods Under the operative microscope,eighteen patients with third ventricle tumors were operated via the approach of transcallosum-interfornix. Results The tumors were totally removed in 13 cases,subtotally in 3 cases,and partially in 2 cases,no operative death. Conclusion The trans-frontal-callosal--interforniceal approach is one of the best choice for the third ventricle tumors,the tumors which located at the anterior, middle, or posterior portion of the third ventricle can be removed via this approach.This approach provide a quite large operative field, direct corridor, natural space, rate of total tumors removed is high,the postoperative com-plications are rare.更多还原
