HIF-1α、COX-2、VEGF与胶质瘤
Expressions and significances of HIF-1α,COX-2 and VEGF proteins in glioma
【摘要】 目的探讨胶质瘤H IF-1α、COX-2、VEGF表达的临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测71例星形胶质细胞瘤中PTEN,H IF-1,αVEGF蛋白表达情况。结果H IF-1α、COX-2、VEGF蛋白总阳性率分别为57.7%,49.3%,64.8%,在不同恶性级别的胶质瘤中均具有差异性(P<0.05)。与肿瘤的恶性程度相关。H IF-1α、COX-2与VEGF表达正相关。结论COX-2、H IF-1α和VEGF在肿瘤的进展过程中起作用,COX-2和H IF-1α是VEGF表达调控因子。H IF-1α可能是肿瘤形成过程中的早期分子事件,可作为监测肿瘤恶性进展的一个生物标志。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the significance of HIF-1α,COX-2 and VEGF protein expressions in glioma.Methods Using immunohistochemical method to check the expressions of HIF-1α,COX-2 and VEGF proteins in 71 cases of glioma.Results The total positive rates of HIF-1α,COX-2 and VEGF proteins were 57.7%,49.3%,64.8% respectively,and they were different at different degrees of glioma(P<0.05),there was close relationship with the malignant levels.VEGF was positively corrlacted with HIF-1α and COX-2.Conclusion HIF-1α,COX-2 and VEGF play a role in the process of glioma,HIF-1α and COX-2 are regulative factors to VEGF.HIF-1α maybe an early molecular event in the process of tumorigenesis and can be used as a biological marker to supervise the malignant process of glioma.
