【摘要】 目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(H.Pylori)与上消化道疾病的关系,并了解根除H.Pylori 1年后感染的变迁,以及对消化性溃疡发病及复发的长期影响。方法:选自2000年以来山西省晋中市二院门诊及住院病人1 208例,经胃镜及14C-尿素酶呼气试验(14C-UBT)检查,H.Pylori阳性的849例患者给予OAC(奥美啦唑、羟氨苄青霉素、克拉霉素)口服治疗1周,停药1个月以后行14C-UBT检查,H.Pylori根除率为94.8%,1年后对上述人群进行随访,并行胃镜/14C-UBT H.Pylori检测。结果:停药1个月和1年以后随访应答率分别为52%和31.8%。H.Pylori感染率浅表性胃炎为51%,十二指肠球部溃疡为94%,胃溃疡为81%,胃癌/术后胃为65%,复合溃疡为100%。治疗后H.Pylori根除率为94.8%,1年后复发率为3.5%。结论:根除H.Pylori后消化性溃疡的发病率、复发率明显降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relations between helicobacter pylori（H.Pylori） and the diseases of upper digestive tract and find out the infectious changes of H.Pylori eradicated after one year and a long-term influence on the invasion of peptic ulcer or recurrence.Methods: All 1208 out-patients and in-patients chosen from the Second Hospital of Jinzhong in Shanxi since 2000 were examined by gastroscope and ¹⁴C-Urease Breathing out Test(¹⁴C-UBT).Of 849 patients with H·Pylori positive were given the treatment of OAC（Omeprazole,Amoxicillin,Clarithromycin） by taking orally for a week.¹⁴C-UBT was carried out after one month of stopping the drug.The eradication rate of H.Pylori was 94.8%,after one year the patients above-mentioned were followed up and carried out H.Pylori test by gastroscope/¹⁴C-UBT.Results: The follow-up response rate of a month of stopping the drug and after one year was 52% or 31.8% respectively.Superficial gastritis of H.Pylori infectious rate was 51%,duodenal bulbar ulcer was 94%,gastric ulcer was 81%,stomach carcinoma and postoperative stomach were 65%,combined ulcer was 100%.Eradication rate of H.Pylori through the treatment was 94.8%,recurrence rate after one year was 3.5%.Conclusion: The disease incidence and the recurrence rate of peptic ulcer were obviously decreased after eradicated helicobacter pylori,HP.更多还原
