【摘要】 目的:研究波形蛋白(v im entin)在肾细胞癌组织中的表达,从细胞骨架蛋白角度阐述肾细胞癌侵袭转移的可能机制。方法:应用W estern印迹法检测52例肾细胞癌组织及26例癌旁正常肾组织中v im entin的表达差异情况,并分析其与肾细胞癌分级、分期之间的关系。结果:肾细胞癌组织中v im entin的表达阳性率显著高于癌旁正常肾组织。对v im entin蛋白条带的灰度值分析显示,v im entin的相对表达水平与肾细胞癌的分级与分期均显著相关,随着肾细胞癌分级、分期水平的增高,其相对表达量也逐渐增多。结论:v im entin可能在肾细胞癌的进展和转移过程中发挥重要作用,并可能为早期监测肾细胞癌发生及判断预后提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression profile of vimentin in the renal cell carcinoma(RCC) and explore the mechanism of the RCC invasion and metastasis.Methods Western blot was used to detect the expressions of vimentin in 52 cases of RCC tissues and 26 cases of paraneoplastic normal renal tissues.The relationship between vimentin and staging and grading of the RCC was also analyzed.Results The positive rates of vimentin expression were 78.8% in the RCC and 0 in the normal renal tissue,respectively.The difference of vimentin expression between two groups was significant.The relative levels of vimentin expression were correlated with staging and grading of the RCC,the expression of vimentin becoming increased with the progress of staging and grading.Conclusion The expression of vimentin may play an important role in the invasiveness and metastasis of the RCC,and may be considered valuable in evaluating the ontogenesis and prognosis of the cancer.更多还原
