【摘要】 目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声对盆腔静脉曲张症的诊断价值。方法应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查子宫、卵巢及其静脉的二维、彩色及频谱多普勒表现。结果50例病变组中,检出盆腔静脉曲张症9例,均有盆腔静脉曲张、增宽,流速减低,范围增大,与正常组相比有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声是诊断盆腔静脉曲张症的一种有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler sonography (TVCDS) for pelvic varices. Methods: TVCDS was used to examine uterus, ovary and their veins. Results: Nine cases of pelvic varices were diagnosed in 50 patients. Pelvic venous plexus varix and broadening, low flow-rate and enlarged range were presented in all cases. There is remarkable difference between patient group and cotrol group(P<0.01). Conclusions: Transvaginal color Doppler sonography is an effective method in diagnosing pelvic varices.更多还原
