【摘要】 目的:对5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗外生殖器和肛周尖锐湿疣进行临床试验,并与安慰剂(赋形剂)进行对照,观察其疗效和安全性。方法:治疗组32例用5%咪喹莫特乳膏,对照组30例用安慰剂乳膏。乳膏外涂一薄层于外生殖器和肛周尖锐湿疣皮损处,每周3次,疗程8周。结果:治疗后4周、6周及8周,两者之间有明显的差异,治疗组疣体数目和面积的下降显著大于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗前后实验室指标无显著性差异。两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异。结论:5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗外生殖器和肛周尖锐湿疣的疗效确切,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To carry out clinical trial on the therapeutic effects of 5% Imiquimod Topical Cream on ano-genital warts and to compare the results with those of placebo and to observe its efficacy and safety of use .Methods:A randomized double blind parallel controlled clinical trial research method was adopted.Treatment consisted of topical application of 5% Imiquimod or placebo cream on the ano-genital warts lesions thrice daily for a period of eight weeks. Results :The results collected from both 5% Imiquimod and placebo groups were well balanced and comparable. Prior to the treatment there were no significant difference in the area and number of lesions between the patients assigned. In both groups very significant difference in the area and number of lesions occurred gradually during the four, six and eight weeks of treatment. Both the number and area of lesions in patients receiving Imiquimod treatment decreased significantly as compared to those of the control group receiving treatment using placebo.(P<0.01) Conclusion:The 5%Imiquimod topical cream has definite and clear therapeutic effects in the treatment of ano-genital warts and has been proven to be safe to use.更多还原
