【摘要】 目的:探讨来氟米特在皮质激素减量困难的寻常型天疱疮治疗过程中的作用及安全性。方法:给30例皮质激素减量困难的寻常型天疱疮患者加用来氟米特口服。结果:30例患者均顺利减量,病情明显缓解或完全缓解,16~20周后均以小剂量来氟米特维持;观察期间,所有患者均无出现明显不良反应。结论:来氟米特有助于寻常型天疱疮皮质激素治疗过程中的顺利减量,且比较安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the role and safety of leflunomide on pemphigus vulgaris with difficulty in reducting corticosteroids. Methods:leflunomide was added to 30 cases of pemphigus vulgaris reducting corticsteroids. Results:30 cases all succeeded in reduction ,and patients′ condition was obviously or completely relieved. Low dose of leflunomide was maintained after 16～20 weeks.During the period of observation, no patients had obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Leflunomide was sate in successful reduction of corticosteroids in the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris.更多还原
