【摘要】 目的对比分析进口异长春花碱(诺维本)与国产异长春花碱(盖诺)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法A组用进口异长春花碱(诺维本)联合顺铂,男46例,女13例;B组用国产异长春花碱(盖诺)联合顺铂,男40例,女20例。对比观察两组的疗效和毒副反应。结果A组有效率为45.8%(27/59),B组有效率为46.7%(28/60),两组间无显著差异(P>0.05);主要毒性反应均表现为骨髓抑制和消化道反应,两组的发生情况相似,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论盖诺与诺维本联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效确切,疗效及毒副反应两组间均无显著差异,但盖诺价格低,更适合我国国情,可以普及应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the short-term response and toxicity between import vinorelbine and homemade vinorelbine in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Fifty-nine patients were treated with import vinorelbine plus cisplatin(group A),including 46 males and 13 females.Sixty patients were treated with homemade vinorelbine plus cisplatin(group B),including 40 males and 20 females.Results The response rate was 45.8%(27/59) in group A and 46.7%(28/60) in group B,showing no significant difference(P>0.05).The major toxicities were bone marrow depression and digestive reaction,showing no significant difference(P>0.05) between two groups.Conclusion The NP regimens(both import vinorelbine plus cisplatin and homemade vinorelbine plus cisplatin) are effective in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.The efficacy and toxicities of both group is similar.Homemade vinorelbine is cheaper than import vinorelbine, showing better perspective in our country.更多还原
