【摘要】 目的探讨腭裂术后腭咽闭合不全、不良发音习惯、听力下降等造成的语音障碍的分类治疗。方法随访既往不同年龄、不同术式腭裂术后患者102人,通过X线检查,鼻咽内窥镜检查,语音测试,对语音障碍进行诊断分类,通过语音训练或后续手术治疗加语音训练,改善发音。结果不同的腭裂患者语音障碍的原因各不相同。最多见的原因是腭咽闭合不全,普遍存在的问题是缺乏系统的语音训练。合理的手术设计和术后系统的语音训练能明显提高治疗质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the classification treatment of voice disorders caused by velopharyngeal incompetence of post-palatoplasty,infaust articulatory habit and hearing loss.Methods All 102 patients were selected.They were of different ages and different operative methods.The voice disorders were classed by X-ray,nasopharyngoscopy and voice-test.The voice quality were improved following operation and systemic speech training in Chinese.Results Different patients with cleft palate had different causes of voice disorders.The velopharyngeal incompetence was one of the main causes to impair intelligibility of speech.The general problem was lack systemic speech training.Conclusion The reasonable operation design and systemic speech training after operation can significantly improve articulation of palatoplasty.更多还原
