【摘要】 目的改进传统的“二袖套法”大鼠原位肝移植术,总结相关手术技巧。方法在传统二袖套法基础上,采取经腹主动脉灌注肝脏,蚊式钳阻断门静脉、肝下下腔静脉,术后补液及调整酸碱度。结果改进的二袖套法效果可靠,无肝期达到8-13 min,术后6 h成活率83%。结论该方法操作简单,无肝期缩短,手术成功率高,是一种理想的术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a conventional two-cuff technique of orthotopic liver transplantation model in rats and summarize related skills.Methods Based on the conventional two-cuff-technique,the liver was perfused through the abdominal aorta,and PV and IVC were blocked by mosquito forceps.The fluid was supplemented and the pH was adjusted to the rat after operation.Results The improved twocuff-technique was effective with short anhepatic phase about 8-13 min and high survival-rate of 83%.Conclusion The improved method is proved to be ideal for its advantages of simple operation,short anhepatic phase and high operative successful rate.更多还原
