【摘要】 目的通过对稽留流产妇女胚胎组织中氧化应激指标———超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及维生素E(VitE)的测定,探讨氧化应激与稽留流产的关系。方法用化学比色法对25例稽留流产妇女和33例正常早孕妇女胚胎组织中SOD、MDA及VitE进行测定。结果与正常早孕妇女相比,稽留流产妇女胚胎组织中MDA水平都升高(P<0.05),SOD(P<0.05)、VitE(P<0.05)水平却都下降。结论氧化应激与自然流产具有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore relationship between oxidative stress and missed abortion according to levels of SOD、MDA and VitE in embryonic tissue of patients with missed abortion. Methods Levels of SOD、MDA and VitE in embryonic tissue were measured in 25 patients with missed abortion and 33 normal early pregnant women by chemocolorimetry. Results The levels of MDA in embryonic tissue of patients with missed abortion were significantly higher than those of normal early pregnant women(P<0.05),while the levels of SOD and VitE were significantly decreased (both P<0.05).
