【摘要】 目的探讨全血细胞减少的病因。方法对初诊初治全血细胞减少207例进行回顾性分析。结果根据不同的临床表现,系统完善的检查,如血常规、骨髓象及其他辅助检查显示以巨幼细胞性贫血所占比例最大,其后依次为再生障碍性贫血、急性白血病、脾亢、自身免疫性疾病等。结论全血细胞减少的病因最多见于巨幼细胞性贫血。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the cause of pancytopenia in first visit patients. Method There were 207 patients diagnosed firstly as pancytopenia.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Result Megaloblastic anemia was the first.The second was aplastic anemia,and the third was acute leukemia. Conclusion The results suggest that the pancytopenia mostly appears in megaloblastic anemia,while in other articles it is mainly in aplastic anemia.更多还原
