【摘要】 目的探讨呼吸系统肺炎支原体感染的早期诊断。方法采用肺炎支原体快速液体培养法对320例临床拟诊为呼吸道感染患儿咽拭子及340例呼吸道感染的成人痰及咽拭子进行培养,并对320例呼吸道感染患儿作血清冷凝集试验及血清特异性抗体IgG检测。对检测结果和临床诊断进行分析。结果患儿肺炎支原体快速液体培养法阳性157例,阳性率49.1%;成人呼吸道感染咽拭子阳性112例,阳性率为32.9%,痰阳性28例,阳性率为8.2%;血清肺炎支原体IgG抗体阳性率为62.8%(201/320),冷凝集试验阳性率为35.6%(114/320)。结论肺炎支原体快速液体培养法快速、简便、敏感、特异,对肺炎支原体感染的早期诊断具有重要的参考价值,适合基层实验室开展应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the early diagnosis ofpulmonary mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP) infection.Methods Pharynx swab MP rapid liquid culture was used to 320 cases children with mycoplamapneumoniae pneumonia(MPP),340 cases adults with respiratory infection was tested by sputum and pharynx swab culture.320 cases children with respiratory infection was tested by cold agglutination test and specific MP IgG by ELISA.Analysethe results of serological determination and clinical diagnosis.Results In the children with pneumonia,157 cases were positive for rapid liquid culture assay and the positive rate was 49.1%.In the adult with respiratoy infection,112 cases were positive for pharynx swab culture,and the positive rate was 32.9%,28 cases were positive for sputum culture,the positive rate was8.2%;the positive rate was 62.8%(201/320) for MP IgG,the positive rate was 35.6%(114/320)for cold agglutination test.Conclusion MP rapidliquid culture is simple,rapid,sensitive and specific.It can use for the earlydiagnosis of pulmonary Mp infection.It is possible for grass-roots laboratory.更多还原
