【摘要】 目的调查西安地区HLA-B*53基因频率并进行高分辨确认。方法采用序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)和特异性寡核苷酸探针(PCR-SSO)方法对HLA-B*53进行低/中分辨调查和高分辨确认。结果13 945样本中有13例样本低分辨认为可能是HLA-B*53,其中6例样本经高分辨确认为HLA-B*5301,另有7例样本被证实不是B*53。结论西安地区HLA-B*53基因频率为0.0002,在遇到模棱两可的分型结果时,要采用多种检测方法综合分析,确保HLA分型结果的准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To use high resolution identification HLA-B*53 and investigate it frequency in Xi’an population.Methods Polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific oligonucleotide probe (PCR-SSOP) was used to type low/medium and high resolution for HLA-B*53.Results In 13 945 samples,13 samples were possible as HLA-B*53 by low/medium resolution.Only 6 of them were identified as HLA-B*53 by high resolution and other 7 ambiguity samples were not HLA-B*53.Conclusion The frequency of HLA-B*53 is 0.0002 in Xi’an population.To ensure HLA typing accurate,several methods should be used to test and analysis for those ambiguity samples.更多还原
