【Abstract】 TRAP-PCR method is a classic method for telomerase activity detection,based on which,this article ameliorates the component of cell lysis solution and PCR and so on.After the amelioration,the cell lysis efficiency rased higher,however,the activity of the telomerase was unaffected,the electrophoresis results would be sharper and clearer at the same time.更多还原
