【摘要】 目的研究非磷脂脂质体在免疫血清制备中的佐剂效应。方法用无菌人血清、人血清+完全福氏佐剂(CFA)、人血清+非磷脂脂质体(NPL)分别经背部皮下多点注射免疫家兔制备免疫血清,采用双向免疫扩散和EL ISA间接法检测免疫血清抗体效价。结果①人血清+CFA组和人血清+NPL组血清抗体效价均明显高于无菌人血清组;②在免疫血清的制备中NPL的佐剂作用与CFA的作用相当,但其毒性作用明显低于CFA。结论在免疫血清制备中,NPL佐剂可以代替CFA。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the adjuvanty of non-phospholipid liposome(Npliposome) in preparing immunoserum.Methods Rabbits were subcutaneously injected at their backs with sterile human serum,human serum added with complete Freund’s adjuvant(CFA),human serum added with Npliposome respectively.After immunization,serum of rabbits were collected and the specific antibody(IgG)titer in them were detected with double immunodiffusion test and ELISA(indirect).Results The specific antibody(IgG)titer in human serum added with CFA group and human serum added with Npliposome group were obviously higher than sterile human serum group.The adjuvanty of Npliposome in preparing immunoserum was equivalent to the CFA,but its toxicity was obviously lower than the CFA.Conclusion In preparing immunoserum,Npliposome may substitute for the CFA.更多还原
