【摘要】 目的观察肺气肿肺气虚证模型大鼠血气分析的动态变化,探讨其在肺气肿肺气虚证发病中的作用机制。方法将SD大鼠90只随机分为对照1个月、2个月、3个月组和模型1个月、2个月、3个月组,采用气管内注入脂多糖(LPS)和烟熏双因素复合制作肺气肿肺气虚证大鼠模型,观察模型大鼠血气分析的动态变化。结果与对照组相比,模型组大鼠动脉血pH、PO2、SaO2%下降,PCO2升高。结论肺气肿肺气虚证模型大鼠存在血气失调。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe dynamic changes of blood and qi analysis of pulmonary emphysema due to lung-qi deficiency rats model,and to discuss its functional mechanism in onset of the disease.Method Randomly divided 90 SD rats into control groups of 1 month,2 months and 3 months and model groups of 1 month,2months and 3months,made the rats model with double elements of LPS and smoking infused into trachea,and observed dynamic changes blood and qi analysis of the rats.Result Compared with the control groups,artery blood PH,PO2,SaO2% of rats in model groups decreased,while PCO2 increased.Conclusion There was imbalance of blood and qi in pulmonary emphysema due to lung-qi deficiency model rats.更多还原
